Minigames Framework, PvP, and Solo combat with limitless customization
NOTICE
For updated files, please use the BattleArena2 page. It has all of our updated files, and many of the issues that exist in the latest version here have been fixed through updates.
Default Competitions (all changeable)
- Arena: Fight with what is given to you in the config. You can't bring items in or out
- Skirmish: Bring in what you want to fight with, you take out whatever you pick up
- Battlegrounds: Winner is the highest kills after 1 minute. 4 teams may compete
- Colosseum: 4 teams against each other, last man standing wins
- FFA: last player/team left standing wins
- deathmatch: 2 minute event where if you die you respawn. Highest kills wins
Tournaments
- tourney: Pick a match type and do a single elimination tournament of that type.

Updating
This plugin checks for new bukkit release versions which can be disabled in the BattleArena/config.yml

Posted Jul 7, 2013There are many messages that can not be translated into our language because they are incorporated into. Jar, can do that can translate?
These messages are "ends in X seconds ..." and "have been given ..."

Posted Jul 7, 2013@LastTulare That's weird... I've got all of my arenas set up on 1.6.1 using the most recent build of BattleArena, and I have absolutely no issues. I've made new arenas, new gamemodes and everything o.o @HighDeff I was just about to edit my post when I saw yours, haha. I re-read the configs and found the part you're speaking of. Thanks for adding it!

Posted Jul 7, 2013I think something somewhere broke while in 1.6.1, I can make them and set them up fine, but when you join one, you join the queue, but the match never starts. Doing /arena forcestart or /pb forcestart gives me a message saying it could not be started. Im waiting for any kind of news from others with the same problem or news on a Dev/Release (:

Put a few blocks below the spawnpoints. That will generally fix it. If a spawnpoint is set on a one-block surface, players will generally be teleported slightlty below the blocks top and then is sent through the block. 1-2 blocks under the spawnpoint and around it will usually fix it.

I love this plugin, it's great and i would recommend it to anyone.
The only problem is it uses a lot of ram. You could stop this by adding a config option where players can only join if they have an empty invent. Like require empty inv.

Posted Jul 5, 2013Hi. I am trying to make an arena in a world where multi-verse is installed. They seem to be fighting for pvp control an unfortunately, multi-verse is winning. When I say "/mv modify set pvp false world" the arena's work, but when I say "/mv modify set pvp true world" the arena's do not work. I have the option pvpOn put in the arena config so I do not believe that is the problem. Can anyone help me?

I believe we're on the newest Dev build. I keep updating anyways. I've got loads of plugins running off 1.5.2. We've never encountered this many plugins that haven't broken, it's weird. I've only experienced one plugin that broke during the update, and that was instantaneously updated by the plugin dev, haha. I guess we've just been lucky.

That's weird. I have it fully running on the server I do the developing work for. And it's the 1.5.2 version. Only thing that I've found doesn't work is incorporating any of the new 1.6.1 features in the arenas.
