NOTICE
For updated files, please use the BattleArena2 page. It has all of our updated files, and many of the issues that exist in the latest version here have been fixed through updates.
Default Competitions (all changeable)
- Arena: Fight with what is given to you in the config. You can't bring items in or out
- Skirmish: Bring in what you want to fight with, you take out whatever you pick up
- Battlegrounds: Winner is the highest kills after 1 minute. 4 teams may compete
- Colosseum: 4 teams against each other, last man standing wins
- FFA: last player/team left standing wins
- deathmatch: 2 minute event where if you die you respawn. Highest kills wins
Tournaments
- tourney: Pick a match type and do a single elimination tournament of that type.

This plugin checks for new bukkit release versions which can be disabled in the BattleArena/config.yml

Posted Apr 13, 2013Hi, Love this plugin, but i'm looking for a way to create a mob survival arena set up like this: 1 Player, 1 team. onjoin, teleport to waitroom. save inventory be given weapons and teleport in. have waves of mobs spawn. collect loot from mobs. on death keep collected loot and restore previous loot and complete match. I basically want to create something like the ultimatearena plugin.

Posted Apr 13, 2013@alkarinv is because they done 2 branch, 1.6.9.4 and 1.8.0, i am using 1.8.0 actual... faction is real confusing, maybe you can look for it?
i tried to put the bg/arenas as battlezone, but which that both teams can damage theirself..

Posted Apr 13, 2013Could I get a more detailed instruction for teamConfig.yml? Its not as descriptive as the other guides ;) I also deleted the default teams thinking that I could figure it out lol but couldnt find the stock file you had with the other defaults you have on the wiki. I will update to the most recent version, Im using 3.8.5 and it blows my mind how in depth it is! Players on my server are loving it too they were getting bored of MobArena and HungerGames the others I have :P

I disable power loss by default in the arena. The rest though might still be useful to do :)

That shouldn't happen, I specifically handle that with factions, which version are you using? maybe they changed something.

Posted Apr 10, 2013Hi pwnpen , there is a factions command per world? if u put your arenas in seprate world ypu can config world no powerloss or even warzone no powerloss u can do alot of ingame config for factions alort of people dont kno about (exaple)-/f config WarzoneNoPowerLoss true,/f config WorldsNoPowerLoss <world>

Posted Apr 10, 2013Is it possible to only have one arena active at a time where players could join an arena queue and join the next arena as soon as the current arena finishes? I want to make an all arena PVP server where players are forced to join the current match taking place.

Should be the option "noTeleport", that should prevent them from porting away during a match.

Posted Apr 10, 2013I use a plugin to disable pvp, i've tried with pvptoggle and IcePvPControl after the first death, i can't be killed again (so it's in multi-death events the problem, like capturetheflag and deathmatch)

Posted Apr 10, 2013How do I prevent Player A from leaving my Arena when they do a /tpa request to player B , que up for arena , join an arena, then Player B does /tpaccept, Player A gets out of the arena and drops his arena armor ?
