BasicMaintenance
This plugin allows to maintenance your server for solve problems, construct new building without being disturbed by the players, ... When you enabled all players no-op are kick and can not return until you have disabled the maintenance.

Désolé, cela est dû à un oublis de modification d'un fichier pour la vérification de version, normalement le problème est corrigé.

Oui la nouvelle version 1.5 était cencé être publié, mais bukkit-dev a rejeté cette version pour je cite : "You have an update check that has a config toggle but it defaults to true before the config is loaded. Make sure that the config has the chance to set it to false, or just default it to false, to comply with the policy."
Alors que ce "défaut" était déjà présent dans la 1.4.2 sans qu'il me soit signalé, juste le temps d'apporter la modification et de resoumettre le fichier a bukkit-dev pour qu'elle soit enfin disponible.
