The solution for all your money problems is here! With the BankCraft plugin you can deposit money into banks, have XP banks, banks that include interest and even scrolling signs!Requirements:
- Vault 1.2.8 or higher
- An economy plugin of your choice (Iconomy, essentials, BOSEconomy, etc)
- Any permission plugin that vault can hook into (i recommend bpermissions)

About the User-Transfer thing: Actually sending mOney to another player should he provided by your economyplugin. If you want to ill try to implement some kind of xp-trading :D

the interest is granted if the player is online or offine. when the server is started a timer is activated. after the timer runs out every Account is multiplied by (1+interest).
This means its two hours straight (if there are no serverlags).
I actually have no idea what you mean with % text :D
if you wanna nowhow to set the interest in the config:
It should work with 0.005 (meaning 0.5% interest every X hours).

Posted Feb 17, 2012I figured it out It only works for wall signs not sign posts i think its becasue they use differnt ids wall sign = 68 sign post = 63 should be an easy fix
