Posted Aug 8, 2013Additionally if you are a developer and have previously used the BanHammer API it will have changed in the next version and you will need to update. I'll write up a full list of what has changed soon.

This is an issue with making a ban on an unstable version and then reverting back to an earlier one. Banning them again should fix the issue. If it doesn't please open a issue on GitHub to help me debug it.
@HenzQ
I've started coding once again. You can follow my progress by watching the 'testing' branch on GitHub. Once it has settled down it will be released.
Part of the delay is I am rewriting the plugin so it is tested thoroughly before releases to avoid any major bugs.

Then it's your permissions manager. Are you using PEX? I have been running 2.2.0 for a long time and it is not affected by the issues in later versions.

2.2.0 still has the same issues as before, been on it since there was a bug in 2.2.5, including staff members not being able to ban out of the random, banned players being able to get on. I hope 2.2.6 gets finished soon.

This is most likely essentials overriding the commands that BanHammer uses. Try disabling the banning feature in essentials.
@HenzQ
Still working on it. Use 2.2.0 for now.
@TheOnlyRealTGS
I've been moving house so I have not had time to work on my open source projects recently. I'll start working on them again this week.
@ProjectInfinity
That sounds like a good idea. Could you add it to github as a request?

Posted Aug 3, 2013Could you implement a silent parameter so it doesn't broadcast an action when you'd like it to be quiet? I.e. /ban Notch -s t:2d Reasoning.

Posted Jul 21, 2013There will be a new version of BanHammer released soon (most likely by Friday). I will be posting a development build if people would like to help test. Thank you to all the people who have submitted bugs, I am getting around to fixing those as well.
If you have updated to 1.6 already, you can stick with 2.2.0. It is fine for now,
