Welcome to BanCheck! With this Plugin you can know what player is banned on your server! Also you can kick players, ban players and unban players! You can configure ALL Messages!

Hey. I'm pretty, pretty sure, that this plugin works for 1.7.2/1.7.4. Just try it, maybe in the next days, there will be an update.
