Backpacks
What is it?
Backpacks is a plugin that provides each player with a backpack in which they can store items. You can configure how much space each player's backpack has, as well as other aspects of the backpack, using permissions (see below). I have recently added SQL support that enables the backpacks to work cross-server if you use servers linked by bungeecord, lilypad etc. A recent addition to the plugin is that if a player with a backpack has a full inventory and they pickup an item, it goes into their backpack.
Permissions
backpack.1 Sets the backpack to the size: 9x1
backpack.2 Sets the backpack to the size: 9x2
backpack.3 Sets the backpack to the size: 9x3
backpack.4 Sets the backpack to the size: 9x4
backpack.5 Sets the backpack to the size: 9x5
backpack.6 Sets the backpack to the size: 9x6
backpack.keepOnDeath Allows players to bypass the config value for dropping items on death.
Commands
User Commands
/backpack Opens the backpack you have permission for!
Admin (OP) Commands
/backpack [Player name] Opens a player's backpack.
Configuration
Drop-On-Death
If this is set to true the content of the players backpack will drop on death. If the player had the permission 'backpack.keepOnDeath', this would not affect them.
Title
This is the title on the top of each backpack. On the example backpack it is "Your Backpack". You can set a title for each size of backpack (1 to 6).
DisabledWorlds
Here you can define the worlds in which players cannot open their backpacks incase you have, for example, a creative world.

Posted May 27, 2013Any reason my config.yml is 646,756 bytes? It's also unopenable. I think it's causing server lag. Player's data gets filled with a long line of &f&f&f&f&f&f&f&f&f&f&f&f.

Posted May 26, 2013Hey, it's possible to save ItemStack to YML file, instead of manual data parsing. Take a look on it! because as a right now, for example, plugin can't handle multi-line lores for example

Please add the possibility to localize also the messages in the button please.. :) I mean messages like "Backpack button" "Sort Backpack" "Sort block - Item " and " Empty " I'm trying to translate in my language all possible, because many of my users don't know english. Thanks in advance.

Also is there a way to have it so a user entry inst created unless the user has the backpack permission for at least 9 slots?
We have a lot of users who will not have this feature and it seems like its a waste to have it constantly adding to this list.

first, its a great plugin! im using the plugin chest commands. in this "chest" i have the command for the backpack but when i click on it, the backpack is only viewed for a little moment then its gone ... i hope you can do anything

Enchanted books DO NOT work yet, I am not sure about the dyed armour, I will look at this now.

Posted May 21, 2013Message I received from one of my users: "Bug discovered with backpacks; if you have an Enchanted book or a dayed piece of armor stored in your backpack, it will lose it stat (whether that be an enchant or a color), but it will still read that it's a special item"

When hitting the "sort block - item" button - it immediately removes the one item that I had there.. Note this button shouldnt be there if the user only has 9 slot backpack - because they cannot see the second row that it shifts it too.
Is this intended?
