Awkward Silence
With Awkward Silence you can say something really awkward and nobody will be able to talk. Until the person that started the awkward silence speaks again nobody will be able to talk.
Example Usage:
<iKeirNez> I love *
2 minutes later...
<iKeirNez> Just joking
<SomeGuy1> Yeah that was really awkward
Permissions:
awkwardsilence.awkward - Allows the player to use the /awkwardsilence command
Commands:
/awkwardsilence <message> - Starts an awkward silence, the message will be sent to everyone as a chat message.
Configuration:
autoUnAwkwardMins - How many minutes to auto un-awkward the server if the awkwardness has not already been broken. 0 disables.

I agree with Abnormal_Zombie, would be good with an option to only see their own messages.

Good idea, may implement that, currently I have it so that when players try to talk it tells them that the server is having an awkward silence. I think it would be funnier if they did know there was an awkward silence otherwise they might not get it.

Posted Feb 24, 2013If players do try to send a message though and it doesn't appear it might tell them something is up. So perhaps you could allow players to see only their own messages (for the duration of the awkward silence) so that they think everybody else is able to chat, but aren't. Just a suggestion.
Funny plugin though :D
