GUILDS
Guilds is a fully customisable RPG plugin that allows you to create Guilds with distinct advantages and disadvantages over other players and Guilds. You can increase or decrease attack and damage or even enable special abilities. Suitable and customisable for multi world servers.
Guild Configuration
Each guild is fully customisable and allows for millions of different variations. There are 57 Proficiency Types, Item Restrictions/Limitations, Active Worlds, Active Biomes and Home Bases. A player can only be in one Guild at any one time.

Settings
Settings allow you to control the wider aspects of the Guilds plugin, to enable or disable various features and to customise the look of the plugin in the players chat box. A list of settings in the settings.yml file click here.

TagAPI Plugin
Guilds, since v2.2.4, now has features that require the TagAPI Plugin. In order to change the display name above players heads you need to download this small plugin. Download here.

Posted Jan 14, 2013I just noticed that for whatever reason, when I have v2.2.3 loaded, players no longer show up on my dynmap and reloading it causes errors. I'm not really sure what could be conflicting with it, but thought I'd let you know!

You may use the /guilds load to load what you have input into the config while the server is running!!!

This happened to me too but an easy fix is to stop your server then do the changes and then start it back up. The reason this happens, I guess, is that the server keeps the data up-to-date all the time and before a restart it saves that data (in the config file) and when you start up again you have old data. So its only logical to stop/start the server. <3 Take care!

If you choose to add @xXDeadInsanityXx 's request to the plugin I would very much appreciate if you also supplied the option to turn it off since I wouldn't want that :S (Not that its a bad idea, its just that on my server that issue doesn't exist and it seems that it could cause quite a bit of issues like lag/incompatibility with other plugins etc. etc.)

Laziness mainly.
In terms of cheating my plugin registers through the Bukkit API with flight and instabreak etc so any anti cheat plugin should in theory check that. If there are any particular concerns you have then please feel free to ask specific questions.

I am neither going through 500 guilds repos on GitHub nor will i guess your GitHub user name :) - on first glance i could not find it. If you don't use custom events or some triggers, how are anti cheat plugins going to distinguish skill use from cheating? Why not link or pm the source link?
Alternatively you could hook into the other plugins (NoCheatPlus for instance), to exempt players from some checks during skill use, it is just an offer of me to look into it.

Posted Jan 12, 2013Avocardo I have recently been using Guild Era but it is way way out of date and they have a setting where bases can only get attacked while at least one of those bases guild member is online to certify that there is someone to protect the base and they wont just simply get attacked in their sleep. I would absolutely love this plugin! If you added that.

Posted Jan 11, 2013just to let you know Guilds is conflicting with pexs modify world, no item, simple item permissions and any other plug that limits or restricts items or crafting. Is there a way that this can be changed to allow the item permissions based plugs to override the guilds settings?

Posted Jan 11, 2013Being in a guild causes a player to deal 1 damage (1/2 heart) and defenses seem to remain uninfluenced by the config file.
