GUILDS
Guilds is a fully customisable RPG plugin that allows you to create Guilds with distinct advantages and disadvantages over other players and Guilds. You can increase or decrease attack and damage or even enable special abilities. Suitable and customisable for multi world servers.
Guild Configuration
Each guild is fully customisable and allows for millions of different variations. There are 57 Proficiency Types, Item Restrictions/Limitations, Active Worlds, Active Biomes and Home Bases. A player can only be in one Guild at any one time.

Settings
Settings allow you to control the wider aspects of the Guilds plugin, to enable or disable various features and to customise the look of the plugin in the players chat box. A list of settings in the settings.yml file click here.

Posted Jan 11, 2013Further testing proves that all those attributes don't work. I set vampire melee attack to 2.5 for example and a diamon sword does 1/2 heart damage, I set it to .25 and a diamond sword does... 1/2 heart a damage. A non guild player does 3 and 1/2 with diamond sword. Just to give an example.

I regret to inform you that there is one more issue, however D: I haven't come across it until early today and tried to fix it with another plugin but I think I'll leave it to you since its pretty important. When I enabled the recoverexpondeath att... well proficiency, then players keep experience on death but also drop all the exp orbs. If they just type /kill over and over again they can get to level 30 very quickly by picking up the orbs and keeping the experience without having to do any actual work. Can we get a fix? Thanks in advance!

I see that traits, abilities and resitrictions can be set upon creation of a guild, but can a guild "rank up" and obtain more traits and abilities, or is it just hardset upon creation? as in can guilds earn "points" within the system to "purchase" the abilities themselfs?

Posted Jan 10, 2013Noticed while reviewing your file that you check event.isCancelled() to return, just wanted to let you know that you can set ignoreCancelled=true in the @EventHandler to ignore cancelled events without having to do the check yourself!

is this possible to implement or supported by another plugin?

So lets just say "vampires" have enabled Sunlight damage and water damage both...
During the night when a vampire enters the water it does damage to him saying "Water!"
During the day when a vampire goes out into sunlight he doesn't get damaged! Instead he is damaged when he enters water but this time it says "Sunlight!"
So that should be easier to understand.

So I tested and confirmed this. There is an error in the code. Combining Sunlight and water damage causes the plugin to do damage to a player when he's in water only. When the player is in water (and only in the water) it says "Sunlight!" and starts to damage him. It ignored the fact that the player is in sunlight and it seems that sunlight damage is substituted for water damage... there's some sort of mix up there anyhow and it's not working. I will see if sunlight and mobtarget also fall out of sync like that. Mobtarget without sun damage seems to work fine.

Posted Jan 8, 2013So further testing proves that disabling all abilities and leaving just mobtarget still makes the ability not work. Perhaps I messed up on one of the guilds? I will make it all over again and get back to you.
Sunlight damage ceased to work altogether but water damage still works.

Regardless. Everything seems to be in working order except water damage, sunlight damage and mobtarget abilities. When I'm prancing around in the water I get damaged every once in a while but its nowhere near enough to discourage me from continuing to do so. Same thing for sunlight damage. Is this just lag or what? I don't want "vampires" running around in the sun... Anyway, the water damage seemed to work way better before if I didn't use it in tandem with sunlight damage (I do that for vampires since they hate water AND sunlight (if you ever played blood omen: legacy of kain)). Just tested it. So combining water and sun damage causes issues.
Also the mobtarget ability seems to be completely ignored by the zombies I spawn myself as a palemaster. Again palemaster has water and sunlight damage enabled since being able to spawn zombies is quite a powerful ability (especially on hard which is what my server is running on). What am I doing wrong? Should I not be combining abilities?

Posted Jan 7, 2013BUG REPORT This plugin works fine except for one reason, even though i've tried putting the permission to create a guild in the builder group, but it still won't let them make a guild please help. by the way, im using groupmanager.
