AutoSaveWorld - multifunctional plugin that can save, backup, purge, restart the minecraft server, reload plugins and much more.
AutoSaveWorld will work on any bukkit/spigot/mcpc+/cauldron build starting from version 1.2.5-R5.0

Features:
Note: all feautures except autosave are disabled by default.

Posted Jan 23, 2014Still no option to run a command in autorestart section... One person suggested to run start server in multicraft every minute and then it will work. LOL if there are severe errors and the server BRUTE RESTARTS it fries everything. Please be passionate to Multicraft Users and add us a command option vs. run restart script. Many cpanels allow you to write a restart command as does multicraft but they will not allow you to run a restart script. The option would be similar to consolecommand - except it would be part of the autorestart with your Awesome 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Countdown that I cannot use because I can only run a command, not execute a script.

Is there any chance it can be updated soon? There's several functions like the aforementioned AutoPurge that I've been unable to fully implement because I just simply don't know how. I'm not terribly impatient, I'm just wondering what kind of timeframe we might be talking about.

does it do this in 1.6.2? Cause my modpack server is very large, and wouldnt be able to update my modpack. Cause as far as the 1.6.2 one, i looked to my backups and it stopped doing backups like 8 days ago (from that time) when it reached the limit of 15 backups

This is just a temporary solution for multicraft users ;) It doesn't take in much processing power, perhaps when u got crappy CPU.

Posted Jan 13, 2014About it working with multicraft by running a command every minute... Sure it works like that. Plus you can also run a car on flat tires. That method just ends up running the /start command 1400 times a day and then there's up to a minute downtime on shutdown. My server restarts in like 5 seconds. I still think that adding a command to run the restart routine (with countdown) is the better solution. Shevchikden already mentioned he would add this and I've been looking for the update every day :) Running a command thousands of times a day as a workaround seems like it would add un-needed processing and downtime. Would love to have an audio option in there as well...

DOcumentation is out of date because i'm too busy to update it.
Economy purge sets every inactive player balance to 0 and removes their bank.
It uses vault to do economy operations so as long as you have vault it will work.

What to do? Make sure AutoSaveWorld stops the server.
Make sure Multicraft executes the builtin;start command every minute. You can use the Scheduled Tasks to let Multicraft run this command every minute.

Posted Jan 12, 2014Hey, the plugin is really awesome, we're enjoying it a lot on our server.
I'm having a small issue with one thing - it looks like the documentation for a couple of things is outdated or outright missing. Is there a more updated area where I could go review this? The particular example I can think of off the top of my head is that the AutoPurge documentation contains no instructions for the use of the economy purge, so I'm unsure of how exactly to implement that properly or if it even works with our economy plugin.
Other than that, highly useful and effective plugin. Definitely going to recommend this to buddies of mine. Thanks! :)
