AutoRespawn
AutoRespawn v1.0
AutoRespawn is a simple plugin that will automatically respawn a player after a configurable delay. This could be helpful for your server if certain aspects of your server require that the player doesnt camp in the respawn screen. Although, I see it having many more applications than that, you can use it however you wish.
Features
- AutoRespawn a player after a configurable period of time
- Change the respawn delay with an in-game command
Commands
- /respawntime [seconds] - Change the respawn delay
Permissions
- "autorespawn.delay" - Permission node for changing the respawn delay (Supports default bukkit permissions and PermissionsEx)

As I previously stated, you have to run this on a 1.4.7 craft bukkit server.

This works fine for me, are you sure you aren't getting any start up errors or anything like that? You have to run this plugin on a 1.4.7 server.
