AutoForceCommand
AutoForceCommand
AFC is a very basic plugin. All it does is repeating a command every x seconds for every player on the server (except if they have the exempt permission). It's like it does /sudo <command> for every player.
Features:

Permissions:
- Exempt: autoforcecommand.exempt

I think a bypass is impossible because the permission check is inside the plugin you sudo the command from.

Posted Mar 29, 2013- Perhaps a different delay per user / random player. The sudo command makes the user run a command, but only if they have permission. Maybe a bypass?
