Description

AutoCleaner is a lightweigth plugin designed to decrease lag in your server, by cleaning entities (like mobs, items on ground or pressed tnt), or simply limiting then.

Features

-Clear entities (configurable in config file)

Commands

/autocleaner clear (Instant clear of entities)
/autocleaner reload (Reload Plugin)

Instalation:

-Download AutoCleaner.jar
-Open your plugins folder
-Place AutoCleaner
-Start your server
-Stop server (Full loading)
-Open the folder named "AutoCleaner" in your plugins folder
-Open config.yml
-Customize the plugin to your liking

Looks like zekky is offline for a long time, i will try to update this to 1.8, but i can't promise anything, because i'm totally out of time, school and job are taking like 98% of my time.

Awesome plugin, works a treat. But is there anyway to change the name of the broadcaster from '&4[AutoCleaner]' to a customer one like '&d[Server]'? If not I think this should definitely be added.

Why not change the config to a smilar structure? This one is hard to uderstand.

auto-removal: warning-message: '&4[ClearLag] &cWarning Ground items will be removed in one minute!' broadcast-message: '&6[ClearLag] &aRemoved +RemoveAmount Entities!' broadcast-warning: true enable-scheduler: true autoremoval-interval: 400 warning-delay: 60

Also why not add an option to disable the EntityLimiter function, so it does not cause unnecesary lag. And please do also support custom auto clears per world (as you are now).

This plugin is much more lightweight version of ClearLagg and it has no bugs. So I would like to start using this plugin instead of that one. If more configration options can be added.

I'd like to know why the plugin doesn't create a folder after opening the server/closed it again. Nothing happens with it at all.

I can see the AutoCleaner.jar in my plugins folder > I start the server > Nothing

but even if you or i solve the problem... it would be a good option to have no countdown & info at all to keep your log-file small. And if you wan´t to test somethin etc., you can activate it.

it's not hard, but the problem is, this is not happening to me, and i have no idea how this is happenig for you.

i will try to figure out wath is happening, and give a answer in a few hours/days.

You tried the default config, without any changes?

hmmm... i am using craftbukkit. But don´t you think an option in config-file would be a good idea nevertheless? I have no idea of programming, but i think that may not be so hard to do.

yes and it´s ugly. you can´t read your log anymore & the performace is not beeing better, if always text it generated.

why can´t you simple make a option in the config-file like: "Announce: false" for the output: "Output: false".
