Prevent username stealing:
AuthMe Reloaded prevents players who aren't logged in from actions like placing blocks, moving, typing commands or seeing the inventory of the current player.
Anti-Spoof:
The possibility to set up name spoof protection kicks players with uncommon long or short player names before they could actually join.
Sessions:
Login Sessions make it possible that you don't have to login within a given time period.
Configurable:
Each command and every setting can be enabled or disabled by a easy structured config file.
Translatable:
If you don't like English or don't like our default translations you can easily edit almost every message sent by the plugin!

You can import it , use Navicat or other client for MySQL.
But what for a crypt type have your passwords?

I have Spigot : git-spigot-1136 (MC: 1.6.4) BungeeCord #701 AuthMe reloaded 3.1 and everything works fine, I just have this problem with bukkit

Ok you do'nt understand my problem at all.
All users have the SAME ip for AuthMe in 3.1, but in 3.0.6 it works great.
Which means that AuthMe "bungeecord" hooks is bugged in 3.1, and work great in 3.0.6.

Bungeecord is only a proxy to set few servers into a network. Spigot and bukkit are the servers where u and all your players build. Every Server into your BungeeCord Network need the AuthMe plugin to work.

It was a nice idea to hide the log in message until people are logged in but this only solved 50% of the join/quit spam bot problem. Probably you already see the problem ^^
You should also hide the Quit message of players who quit before the are logged in :)
