auctioneer.bid - Grants permission to use "bid".

• /auc bid <bid> - Place a bid during an auction!

auctioneer.start - Grant's permission to use "new"

• /auc new [initial bid] - Start an auction! Hold the item, and amount you want to auction off in your hand!

auctioneer.admin- Grants permission to use the various auction admin tools.

• /auc end - End the current auction, exactly the same as if the time had run out.
