Description:
ATK-ToolKit is a small but powerful plugin. With this plugin you can stop cheaters in your server. The plugin is only for Admins and OP.
Feutures:
- Easy to use!

Commands:
- /atk - Displays ATK-ToolKit Information!
- /atk inv [PlayerName] - Allow an Admin to look into a Players Inventory!
- /atk ec [PlayerName] - Allows an Admin to look into a Platers Enderchest!
- /atk info [PlayerName] - Display information about a player!
- /atk punish [PlayerName] - Punish a Player for doing something wrong!
- /atk shutdown - Turns the server off!
- /atk reload - Reload the plugin config!
Permissions:
- atk.use - Allows a Player to use the plugin!
- atk.admin Allows a Admin to use the plugin!
All other permissions are defined as: atk.[CommandName]
Example: atk.inv

And I suggest removing the "/atk shutdown" since it's already covered with bukkit's "/stop" command.
