If I want to use the vampire ability on my Iron armor how to I use the config file to make it work? I can set iron to be vampire but below the config is still the scuba settings.
for the armour abilities i think the assasin skill should have a cool down for example only can turn invisible for about 30 secs then you will need to wait for a minute or 2
Thanks I'm glad to hear it. That was actually on my to-do list for version 2.2. The next version I am releasing is 2.1.5 which fixes all glitches with the spider armor and fixes the bug where if a user takes off jump or speed armor and replaces his full set without closing his inventory in-between, he will retain the potion effects. So thanks for the suggestion though. I'm glad your server likes the plugin. You can donate if your server really likes it as I spend hours coding these plugins. But ya 2.2 should be out within the next week or so
I'm having a similar problem that shade633 and bizzig are having with it working for users but not me. I don't think it has to do with ops because I opped another player and he could use the abilities fine. However, my server uses GroupManager and it doesn't work when I set myself as Owner.
also i just installed this and i get nothing from any armor when i log in, i deop myself, and tried again, ive reloaded the plugin twice, ive manually entered all the abilites for my members group which im in, the /ability command shows i have no abilities.
As of right now you cannot add more than one ability per armor set.
But if you do not want an ability on an armor just leave it blank or write none. Either will work.
These are separate. In the configuration and permissions these are separately configured. That text file just gives a brief explanation of what abilities do. Hope this helped
Ya for some reason some people have this problem as of 1.3.... I have tested it as an OP and a Default player and I have not been able to get any errors. I run this plugin on my server and have never had an issue but I keep hearing about this. There is nothing code-wise that should do this and the fact that it works for some people and not for others is the weird part... I can't figure out how to replicate the issue because I can't fix a problem if I can't get the problem...

I think a good feature would be more then one ability per set.
So leather could be
Leather: Jump,Speed,Vampire Gold: Jump,Speed Chain: Jump

and if you want no bonuses - just leave empty or put none?
