ArenaPaintball
A Paintball plugin where players can queue and will join a free paintball arena to fight it out with highly damaging snowballs. You can make more than one paintball arena and players will cycle through them. If all arenas are in use, the players are kept in the queue and will join when one opens up.
Installing
- Put the ArenaPaintball.jar in your plugins folder, along with BattleArena.jar
Making a paintball arena
- /pb create <paintball arena name>
- /pb alter <paintball arena name> 2 <- setup a second spawn, you can keep adding them if you want more than 2, like /pb alter <paintball arena name> 3
Joining
- /pb join
Permission Node
- Players will need the permission node arena.join.paintball
Requirements
- BattleArena, Paintball is built around the BattleArena API.
- Optional BattleTracker : If you want /pb top, or player ratings

it was a bug of battletracker, since the update to 2.5.4.0 it works, but there is another bug, since battletracker 2.5.4.0 no one can use the command "/... rank" like "/pb rank" i've done a bugreport here: https://github.com/alkarinv/BattleTracker/issues/19

Posted Jun 29, 2013I can't make it so a person can join a queue with more than 1 person on each team. So if I make it so 4 people are on each team it won't let people join the queue. It says you are trying to join a game with 2 people when there are a maximum of 4 people on each team. How can I fix the problem?

Posted Jun 29, 2013hey, I havent used this plugin in a while.. (Im the idiot who asked for heliocopters xD) But is there any way I can make people get a slimeball when they win.. Example: when they type /Pb join.. They play a game.. And if they win.. They can get an item (Set in config, along with amount).. so when they type /Pb leave they have the items.. If not.. Please add

Does not work for us. Armour kits dont work in paintball for us.
And join by sign with any arena not only paintball does this

However the arena does is still in the config files and I can join with /pb join. Same goes with the other plugins. Classes in CTF also dont give me the coloured armour only for the defuilt class. The others have brown armour.

You can add as many spawn points as you want. if you have the option "randomRespawn" it will spawn them across all of them. You can also put in buffs for like 2-5 seconds to stop camping.

Ad CTF to paintball. Where games can be set to win by number of flag catches or points. Points can be issued for kills and more for catching the flag.
Also allow the set up of spawn points per team. I know this is already there but it would be good to have more than 1 spawn point per map per team. This will stop players camming at the spawn point to kill spawning players.
I am also unable to use the region commend: /arena alter <arena name> addregion
I keep getting a error saying no region exsits or something along those lines. How do I set up the region in the frirst place?

As for the donor perks... I like this idea. It's now on the list but I have to fix some other things first.
You can always make a worldguard region and reset the area. http://battleplugins.com/w/index.php/BA_Regions or probably simpler, put "clearInventory" inside of onDeath.options.

So, right now you can't switch it up like that (yet). For now you would have to make a separate game type, which as long as people are joining through signs is not that big of a deal.

Posted May 31, 2013I was trying this plugin, and I wonder... I want to make an arena with 5 lives per player and last 10 minutes, then another arena with say, 3 lives per player and 5 minutes match time. How do I do that? Do I have to make a new gamemode for each setting?

Posted May 30, 2013I created 2 Arenas and at my spawn wish to have 2 different join signs.
Is this possible to have players join the arena they want to join or does the plugin only rotate arenas? In which case I would think I would only need one join sign.
Also could you add a new perm?

this would give extra lives to the players with this perm? I saw this on another plugin and really liked it. Players who were Donors had 2 extra lives in a game. Or maybe the donors could have more damaged with there snowballs.
I would also like to see snowballs that are dropped on death cleared after a match ends. Sometimes when a new match starts there are snowballs everwhere.
I really like the plugins. Keep up the great work :D

But now my friend wanted to join but there was an Error that he havent the Premissions! Then I looked again on your side (all installed Plugin and ArenaBattle) then i saw that i have to put arena.join.paintball in the Prmissions window in my Serverwebinterface! I done that but now it doesnt work anywhere... HELP? May there is a hidet option in the config? Pleace help! Fast!
