Its bugging out because you only have 1 prize and the time out is because all the tasks which have to be ran to make the crate system work are still running but then use a lot of the RAM so it times out.
This is probably because you are OP so there for you have the override permission to do so (There is a permission to allow players to open any key on any crate)

there is problem with the crate loots and keys loot
when i make my own loot and change every loot and keys loot the plugin will stop and server shutdown.. look at this logs too
Also there is a problem when i make my own crate loot and remove your main one, the plugin will break and the server will shutdown.. i don't know why i removed every things from the crate lott and keys and virtual keys and everything like the is a diamonds loot i removed it from the hole config but it still not working.. and the prizes GUI show me the hole loots not the specific one for the crate.. i hope you fix this problems quick, cause my crates part in my server now in maintenance mode form 3 days ago.

How do you edit the name for the virtual key inside GUI? The "Golden Keys" color for example. Or the total player virtual keys color? etc
