Man all I can say is thank you for your hard work in making a sweet plugin. Works flawless and haven't had any issues. Openedgates is using your plugin to dish out amazing rewards and lets people get involved in voting.

What I had to do was reinstall it and then everytime I made a change reload it so that I knew what was causing it, it seems to be a key thing idk but just do that and then it will work

Yea this plugin is awesome. There is a problem though. Whenever someone wins something from a crate, it doesn't close out of the GUI and you can't hit ESC either. The only fix is to kill that person and thats not a good thing.

Dear Developer, You really need to fix the problem that everyone has been yelling about. I love this plugin its one of my favorite plugins out there. When I first installed the plugin on this new update it worked fine with the default keys and loot, but when I change just the smallest bit it either one doesn't open the GUI or opens it and doesn't close. I am losing player every day because of this reason. I know you are probably working on the fix right now, but if you are not please start working lol.

I found A way to fix it Just DownGrade to version 9.0 and it will work

update, it appears as if my main account, the server owner, is having this problem. Members and donors can open them just fine! no idea why XD i've been all ranks, thinking that since im a member/admin/mod (since i tested all the ranks) that is messing it up.

Please help, I'm trying to add a kit loot into the crate loot.yml file so i lay it out proaperly and then save it but it makes a new one called crate%20loot.yml and then i link the name of the kit loot into my key I want it to be in yet it doens't work!!! Please help!

Could you maybe add an option allowing you to left-click the chest to see the possibilities of winning something and the percentage.
