This is my first plugin, so it is very simple. Essentially its a plugin that clears the chat A usefull feature is it shows the user of who cleared the chat

Commands / Permissions

/clearchat - arcclearchat.use

Useage scenario

Someone advertises a server, and you want it cleared, just run the command and it works

To-Do list

- Make a /silentclear command (Dosent mention the name of who cleared the chat) - Make the command runnable from the console - Read suggestions from the comments
