AntiCheat
AntiCheat development and support was discontinued September 7th, 2014. The previous page is archived here for reference purposes. Official downloads are still available for use as is the project source code. You must use these at your own risk as I can no longer vouch for their rate of success.
There's a "Reloaded" version of this project which has been updated for the newer versions and is under current development. You should give it a look if you're interested in continuing to use AntiCheat: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/anticheatreloaded/
Thanks to everyone who has supported the AntiCheat project. Recently I have resigned my position as BukkitDev Team Lead and have decided to move on from Bukkit development. Unfortunately, this means that I will no longer be actively working on the AntiCheat source code, and as such I have decided to close the project.
Many thanks to JetBrains who have provided their IntelliJ IDE for development. Thanks to the many contributors to this project who's code helped do good in the community. Thanks to those of you who have provided your support in many different ways to the project: you know who you are, you made my life a lot better and I can't thank you enough for that. I am happy to say that this project has improved people's lives, and I couldn't have ever hoped to say more.

I don't know about that. I love the Xray feature of AntiCheat, but all it does is warn you, leaving you to monitor your players. Orebfuscator outright stops it.

Posted Jun 19, 2012Perhaps a database feature should be added... This way xray statistics could be stored and better detailed reports would be saved. Love the plugin as an alternative to NoCheatPlus still!

Posted Jun 19, 2012Couple of requests.
1) can you make it so when you Vanish or Spy that you don't take damage?
2) can you add a separate permission for warnings. One for the Hacked Client thing and the other for X-raying? The hacked client warning causes a TON of spam on a server with 80 - 100 users and I am not really concerned so much about that as about the Xraying.

Posted Jun 19, 2012Wow this plugin uses alot less resources then NoCheatPlus, I'm running both plugins for a performance test and this plugin only uses 20MS/500Ticks as on the other hand NoCheat uses 250MS/500Ticks. This is with an average of 120 players, really liking the plugin thanks :)

Posted Jun 17, 2012Something's really wrong. Whenever my players use the same command several times in a row it tells them 'don't spam', and people get kicked for flying when they're standing still? Its been a major annoyance.

Actually that's an issue with mcMMO. Make sure you are using the latest mcMMO dev build (DEV BUILD) and the latest AntiCheat dev build (DEV BUILD)

For gods sake use PasteBin.
Check your CraftBukkit version, and AntiCheat version. If that doesn't work, delete the entire /plugins/AntiCheat directory and start again.

Posted Jun 17, 2012If i grant someone bypass nodes for speedhacking will i still be get notifications (i want to)?
I ask because whenever someone goes into medium or high level and i check them out i can never tell if there lagging, or just being prevented from speed/fly hacking by anticheat.

That's outside the scope of AntiCheat, that's for a security plugin to deal with not cheating.

Nocheatplus has a feature were you cannot /op in game, you have to do it via the console. Anticheat could maybe implement this.
