AntiCheat

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

AntiCheat development and support was discontinued September 7th, 2014. The previous page is archived here for reference purposes. Official downloads are still available for use as is the project source code. You must use these at your own risk as I can no longer vouch for their rate of success.

There's a "Reloaded" version of this project which has been updated for the newer versions and is under current development. You should give it a look if you're interested in continuing to use AntiCheat: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/anticheatreloaded/

Thanks to everyone who has supported the AntiCheat project. Recently I have resigned my position as BukkitDev Team Lead and have decided to move on from Bukkit development. Unfortunately, this means that I will no longer be actively working on the AntiCheat source code, and as such I have decided to close the project.

Many thanks to JetBrains who have provided their IntelliJ IDE for development. Thanks to the many contributors to this project who's code helped do good in the community. Thanks to those of you who have provided your support in many different ways to the project: you know who you are, you made my life a lot better and I can't thank you enough for that. I am happy to say that this project has improved people's lives, and I couldn't have ever hoped to say more.

Metrics system is down, the error shouldn't cause any harm.

Many plugins will probably be throwing this error right now.

Is there ANY way to remove myself from the plugin? It says "User Thebuilderdd has entered Medium hack Level!" While I actually OWN AND RUN THE SERVER. How do I make exceptions to a certain user?

I'm getting false fast break reports with an enchanted diamond pickaxe (Unbreaking III, Efficiency IV, Silk touch I).

Try one of the newer dev-builds, the enchantment issue is fixed there I believe. Build 390 works fine for me.

Very good plugin, but players are complaining about it, when they using most enchanted gear, live Eff lvl 5 pick/axe/spade, etc. And if you gonna use such plugins as mcMMO that gives u speed and other perks with getting higher levels, this plugin become nightmare. But anyway, plugin is awesome, thx!

Too bad that we need to code it to avoid the conflicts. Suggestion: add mcMMO features, at least (one of the most popular plugins, so why no?:)

i do not know it it is this or one of my other plugins that is the cause of this but i am in creative mode and cant fly. I'd like to know if it is this plugin causing the problem. Thx :D

This plugin detects ppl using noswing and fastbreak when they are not. i deoped my self, used a clean client, loged into my server, killed some animals, and ended being kicked for using noswing, then i mined with enchanted pickaxe and got kicked for fastbreak so I can clearly prove that ppl are not hacking on my server!!

If an item is enchanted this plugin doesn't seem to like them, it says they are trying to use fast break and whatnot
