AntiCheat
AntiCheat development and support was discontinued September 7th, 2014. The previous page is archived here for reference purposes. Official downloads are still available for use as is the project source code. You must use these at your own risk as I can no longer vouch for their rate of success.
There's a "Reloaded" version of this project which has been updated for the newer versions and is under current development. You should give it a look if you're interested in continuing to use AntiCheat: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/anticheatreloaded/
Thanks to everyone who has supported the AntiCheat project. Recently I have resigned my position as BukkitDev Team Lead and have decided to move on from Bukkit development. Unfortunately, this means that I will no longer be actively working on the AntiCheat source code, and as such I have decided to close the project.
Many thanks to JetBrains who have provided their IntelliJ IDE for development. Thanks to the many contributors to this project who's code helped do good in the community. Thanks to those of you who have provided your support in many different ways to the project: you know who you are, you made my life a lot better and I can't thank you enough for that. I am happy to say that this project has improved people's lives, and I couldn't have ever hoped to say more.

The code is included in AntiCheat, but commented out because we had bigger fish to fry than to try and release a new version with that check possibly spitting out false-positives. Feel free to compile yourself and enable the check.

Ok, plus I tested out Nodus timer. That is not blocked. I deop'd myself and used timer with speed set at 10. No alerts, no logs, nothing. This should really get fixed! :)

I've wanted to make it easier for people for a long time, but the reason I'm so anal about bug reporting is that I physically can't do anything about any sort of poorly-filed ticket, because most of the bugs that exist in AntiCheat are VERY specific to circumstance and server setup. Therefor, the smallest detail missed means I can't reproduce the bug, and so I can't fix it.
I'd love to have automatic error reporting in AntiCheat, but that's something to ponder for later. The problem is people don't take an in-game bug reporting system seriously, and either won't provide proper information or will spam it with useless requests.

Why would you need a ticket-system in an AntiCheat plugin ? O_o If you want a good ticket system just use this plugin: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/reportrts/

An in-game ticket system like BukkitDev's system, but only those with the required permission can view the ticket. They can also delete a ticket once the problem has been fixed.

It doesn't do that, if the clients are crashing it means you've out some kind of illegal symbol in the kick message or something. To anyone who thinks that's a good 'feature', I don't advocate trying to crash clients, and if a file were uploaded to BukkitDev which did that on purpose, it would be removed.

Spy mode teleports you to your target and makes you invisible, so you can tag them around and see if they're hacking without their noticing. When you exit spymode, you get returned to your original location and made visible.

Best feature ever!!
i know its not AC feature, but i really i like idea. Its much better that i asking is it possible to do TempBan command instead KICK.
But hell yeah, ... anyways AC is way better than NCP because mine server ticking at least 60% easier.

AC is more than 3 times smaller than NoCheatPlus, if that tells you anything. The only real way to know is to try it.

Posted Oct 10, 2012So i am using no cheat plus, but running a 2gb server and trying to have at least 20 players i have had to kill half, the plugins i have already and thinking all the constant spam from it, might also not be helping me. At 10 players now, it lags bad or at some point lag crashing the server.
So i am guessing by the sounds of it, and what i have seen, this has to be lighter then nocheat plus? Also can you explain what spy does? I think i am going to switch to your plugin, to try and conserve memory on the server. Thanks !
