About
This plugin makes a URL connection to an outside source. If you would do not want this, please don't use this plugin.
This plugin kicks users that using a proxy ip and gives warn message to console.
It connects within three online database and checks if the player is using a proxy.
This plugin does delay the login process.
Permissions
Antiproxy.reload Reloads the config.
Antiproxy.notify Notify users who have this permission (if notify in config is on) when someone tries to connect using proxy or if someone has 2 accounts connected to the server.
Antiproxy.bypass Users with this permission, don't get kicked while using proxy.
How to use
1. Put the file to your plugins folder.
2. Reload/Restart your server.
3. Done, now you can edit config.

You can disable data collection in "PluginMetrics" config when you put "opt-out: true"

I have sometime this strange message : "[INFO] Playername lost connection: §cUnable to perform anonymization checks try connecting again later." Off course Playername can't login and don't use any proxy. If i unload Anti-Proxy, no more error and player can login

Posted Aug 24, 2014So, overall this is a good plugin, though I do notice that it is blocking some actual IPs, which I know is not the maker of this plugin's fault, but it is preventing some players from logging in that are using the IP Address that are given to them by their router. So I was wondering that maybe on the next update you do, you could add/ask someone to help you add like a whitelist that you can put an IP Address into it and allow the person with that IP Address to log on, without them being kicked for a proxy? If not, I'm going to try to find another plugin similar to this one :(

It seems like the server can't connect to "Shroomery.org" database.
In my server it works fine with 1.7.9 spigot.
EDIT: Uploaded version 1.5 because it doesn't work anymore even on my server too.

Posted Jun 27, 2014I have an idea that can help to reduce the lag caused, you can store the UID and the IP once checked, just only if the player joins the server and for each player, this means that the player is not using a proxy.
If the same player joins again with the same IP is considered a safe IP and none check is needed, if instead the same user joins the server with a different IP that it was saved before, then active the proxy check again and if a proxy is not used, save the new IP.
