Annoy
Annoy contains 5 simple commands that let you annoy and troll your users. More coming soon! Display a fake message, kill a player from up high, make them vomit, creep them out, or drop them to half a heart with each simple command.
Suggestions are appreciated, and report those bugs so I can squash them!

Actually, this isn't the latest version anymore.
Go to http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/annoy/files/ to see ALL the versions.
