You have to edit it whenever the server is down or add announcements with the command while the server is up.

Posted Jan 3, 2013Hi I am the owner of Medieval Lords, probably the biggest production server using your plugin. I really like it alot because it's easy to use and a great and simple way to convey messages to my players but I would like to see one thing added, if you can. A way to add lines to a single message while still in-game.
IE:
right now, if I type /announcer add "text" it will allow one line of chat to be displayed.
If you added an additional command like /announcer addline 1 "test" you might say "addline" would be the command to add a line to a announcement and "1" being the number of announcement so we could say something like this
[info]******************************************
[info]* WELCOME *
[info]******************************************
Understand? I know you can do something like this through the config but with the huge mass of our server reloading plugins is very risky business.
