AlwaysTime - Jar not available till 8th Sept

AlwaysTIme allows you to essentialy 'lock' in a time of day in the Minecraft world simply by typing either /alwaysday which locks the time into day time or /alwaysnight which locks the time into night time.

Commands:

# /alwaysday

Locks the time into 0 Ticks, which is early day in the world, the sun will still eluminate your server!

# /alwaysnight

Locks the time into 18000 TIcks, which is nighttime in the world, darkness will reign your server!

# /alwaystimecancel

Unlocks any of the current time locks, and leaves it at the time it was unlocked at. Ie - If it was locked into daytime with /alwaysday then later unlocked with /alwaystimecancel it would remain at day, just the lock will no longer be in place and the server will resume its normal day cycle.

Permission Nodes:

AlwaysTime.Change - This is a overall node, and is required to perform any of the three commands associated with this plugin.
