Airdrop
Airdrop
Allows the player to drop items from the sky using the /airdrop command
Commands
- /airdrop help - Shows plugin help
- /airdrop reload - Reloads the plugin
- /airdrop [item id] [item amount] - Drops the given items on the player
Examples:
- /airdrop 1 40 - Drops 40 pieces of stone
- /airdrop 20 5 - Drops 5 pieces of glass
Permissions
- airdrop.use - Allows the player to use the /airdrop command
Notes

Still working on a solution because I have found it not easy to pause the plugin correctly. I will continue to work on it and hopefully find a solution by sometime next week.

Posted Dec 31, 2012I feel as if the config example you posted here is a bit confusing. Could you provide an example that, if I were to copy and paste into my config.yml, would work fine?
From what I understand from this, you can pay "x" cash for only one item? Can I have it so that I can get an item stack of, say, 10, 64, or whatever for "x" cash?
Last but not least, a way to edit the config.yml ingame would be nice. I don't really need it though, as I do most of my editing when my server is offline.
Thanks for this plugin, it's like a kit plugin but more interesting. :)

@master Yes i can add it so you can look and drop...maybe /rdrop (remote drop) will drop your item where you are LOOKING.
@Dibujaron - nice idea! I will set it so you can do /drop item amount player, assuming you have the airdrop.use permision!

Posted Jun 17, 2012Heres something to add. Make it so I can aim where it lands away from me. Sorta like how /lightning works. I wish to use this along with a plugin called Quarantine. My theory is to place random drops to help the contestants. It might be done like a C.O.D type thing where I throw like a blaze rod or something and then do the command and it will land on the blaze rod. Just something to look into. It would also be kool to make it drop in a chest so the drop doesnt disapear.

Posted Jun 16, 2012sounds intriguing. seems like it'd be great for the silver-paracute type stuff found in the hunger games. any way you could make it so an OP could airdrop stuff to other players? or someone with permission airdrop.airdropother or something? that way sponsors could pay money and send in items to their players.
