AFK Kicker
I wrote this plugin specially for my server, but I decided to publish it.
It's very simple and there is no config file.
Features:
- Kicks player if not moving
- Kicks player if idling in minecart
- Kicks player if only moving in a determined radius
Permissions:
afk_kicker.ignore - Anyone that has this node will not be kicked by the plugin

Thanks. The plugin works nice on 1.4.7. I have tried it. :) About the time - it kicks if player is not moving or moving in small radius (3 blocks) about 4-5 mins. (depends TPS)
