Changelog
AegisGuard v1.2.3
Your land. Your rules. Rule your realm. 🛡️✨
AegisGuard 1.2.3 is a refinement-focused update that sharpens the core experience, cleans up UI flow, and makes protections behave exactly as players expect.
What’s New & Improved
Legacy Sidebar Removed
- The old sidebar system has been removed because it no longer fit AegisGuard’s unified design direction.
- Your land details now shine through the integrated Claim Status experience.
Claim Status Enhanced
- A cleaner, more cohesive way to view your territory, protections, and progression.
- Designed to pair naturally with expansion and ascension-based growth.
Expansion Requests Polished
- Fixed missing key issues.
- Cleaned up approval/denial messaging.
- Removed duplicate messages.
- Approval/denial now displays clearly as by Admin.
- Selecting an expansion tier returns you neatly to the main menu.
Plot Ascension (Level Up UI) Improved
- The ascension experience is smoother and more readable.
- Config-driven progression flexibility:
- If ascension expansion is OFF, claim growth happens through Expansion Requests.
- If ON, players can expand through leveling based on economy and available funds.
Mob Protection Logic Reworked
- Mob Protection ON = AegisGuard actively protects you.
- Mob Protection OFF = plot-level mob repel/removal tasks are disabled and mobs behave like vanilla.
- SafeZone remains the master umbrella protection for your land.
- This supports custom setups like PvP arenas, mob arenas, and challenge plots without confusion.
Protection Toggles Now Match Their Labels
- No more inverted-feeling settings.
- ON means ON. OFF means OFF.
- Thanks to TechNot for helping highlight the earlier confusion.
Known Issue
A small number of servers may still see an occasional movement-related warning/error under specific conditions. If you run into it, please report it with:
- full log context,
- server version,
- storage type,
- and what you were doing at the time.
Recommended
✅ Strongly recommended for all servers running 1.2.2 or earlier.
