Advanced Bans
Advanced bans allows you to Temporary and Permanently ban players from your server. You can now have more control about your bans with both IP and Nickname banning.
We hope to have version 2.0 ready soon! Progress: 49,85%.

Features:

- Left time for unban in kick reason
- "Welcome back" message (after unban)
- Ban both nickname and IP (good for offline servers)

Commands / permissions:
* advbans.ban - /ban <name> [time in minutes] [reason...] - ban player (if player is offline, plugin will use ip history) (example: /ban kyku 15 Spam) * advbans.unban - /unban <name> - unban player (example: /unban kyku) * advbans.banip - /banip <ip address> [time in minutes] [reason...] - ban player on ip AND NAME (using ip history) (example: /banip 127.0.0.1 60 Spam) * advbans.unbanip - /unbanip <ip address> - unbanip player (example: /unbanip 127.0.0.1) * advbans.kick - /kick <name> [reason] - kick player (example: /kick kyku spam)
The first author of this plugin was Kyku. Since then this plugin has been remodeled to use the new bukkit configuration system.

Posted Sep 20, 2013I don't think the creator will update this plugin, since he didn't respond for a long time. Stuff would be so much easier if essentials would automatically ban the IP aswell...
Looks like I'll have to look for a new banning plugin, for the 3rd time. :/

Posted Aug 30, 2013I have made a ticket earlier about how to permaban. I have found out you need to use 0 minutes without a reason.
Now I have a little problem. If I permaban someone (using 0 minutes) and a reason, the "t-and-r-broadcast" message triggers. Making it show like I'm banning someone for 0 minutes.
Could you add the function that permabans also support reasons, so it doesn't look like I'm banning people for 0 minutes?

Posted Aug 6, 2013Could you add a /warn command? It would send a warning to a user. For example the person who got warned would see this: You have been warned! or You have been warned by USER! Hope you can take this feature to consideration. Thanks!
