Most permission follow the scheme advbans.<command>. There are a few exceptions but those you can find here.

  advbans.kick:
        description: Allows you to kick a user
        default: op
    advbans.ban:
        description: Allows you to ban a user
        default: op
    advbans.banip:
        description: Allows you to ban a user based on IP
        default: op
    advbans.unban:
        description: Allows you to unban a user
        default: op
    advbans.unbanip:
        description: Allows you to unban user based on ip
        default: op
    advbans.tmpban:
        description: Only allows you to Temp ban a player
        default: op
    advbans.check:
        description: Allows you to check a player bans
        default: op

If a player already has the 'advbans.ban' permission it is assumed that he is also allowed to temp ban.
