Description
AdminPerms started as a Fork of PermissionsBukkit. Over time i changed huge parts of the code base and now it is a completely different permissions plugin.
AdminPerms features among other things, in addition to a normal permission system, name prefixes and suffixes and a rank system.

- Build in Anti-Build permission. Default set to true so that anybody can build.

you can use the commands in game if you type /permgroup it will display the few commands you have in game and in console however the best way to edit i have found is going to /plugins/AdminPerms from there you can edit the groups by going to the groups folder or give specific players perms you just go in to there generated file and edit permissions.
