i get this error everytime when i load my server

First: WHAT is changed on each startup?
Second: WITHOUT the exact error message we can't help you, and not only the the [SEVERE] part but also the thing where all the java thing occure.
Third: gliding has NOTHING to do with the afk kick!

Fourth: Open a Ticket so we can track the issue better, PMs and Comments are not the way! Pls inlcude exact CB build, AdminCmd buil and the files which do make problems for you (the changed ones and not the replaced ones!)

This has nothing to do with gliding, thats an option in the config.yml
The error tells you all you need:
en_US.yml position 10445

Your YAML file is corrupted. Go find one of those online yaml.parsers and let it check your en_US.yml!

gliding: multiplicator: 0.1 YvelocityCheckToGlide: -0.2 newYvelocity: -0.5

i tryed -1 for disabled this method hh tell me if its wrong but if i delete the admincmd its heppening again after i tryed to delete admincmd its heppend again and if i stay with the admincmd its heppening alot and i got more problem in the cons:

23:17:41 [SEVERE] [AdminCmd] Config file plugins\AdminCmd\locales\en_US.yml isn' t valid! unacceptable character '?' (0xFFFD) special characters are not allowed in "<string>", position 10445

i have a problem with iding all players except ops getting kicked for iding more than 0.05 minuts

All old bans are working succesfully, but new bans will be performed with CommandBin, and this bans doesnt work.

And I would wish a IP-Ban with for example 123.45.*.* cause on a "Offline Server" The players can choose all names so a normal ban is bad. ( With Minecraft SP you can choose all names too)

And I know, that I will ban other peoples with /ban 123.45.*.* too, but I dont think that thats very bad for the server if all people of a range cant join. Without that, the bad people can come everytime and destroy things in the survival-world, spam the chat and make bad things

You have to install a Permission plugin like PermissionsBukkit ( http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/permbukkit/ ) and configure it correctly.

This looks good, but how do i make myself a mod in my own server? it wont let me use commands just i dont know how to make myself admin, and is their a way i can make some of the cmds used by my friends?

ban ip is quite useless (and moreover already created by bukkit, you just have to add to yourself the correct node for the functions).

Banning a pattern of IP address is stupid, you'll ban all the user of a ISP by example. Only username banning is and will be provided by AdminCmd.

About overriding a ban, you just have to be sure that the user don't have the node : "admincmd.player.bypass"

Hi, I have AdminCMD for a long time, but since the update there are some ban errors:

I have Rangeban for Ip bans, if I use rangeban and AdminCmd, RangeBan doesnt works right, but it have other commands...

I have CommandBin, this overwrites the ban command and the ban command of CommandBin doesnt works too: If I ban somebody, he can join the server everytime

Can you please look, why RangeBans doesnt works with this, or add a IP-Ban function (with regions: example /ipban 123.45.*:* so all people with the start 123.45 cant join This is good, cause all players can change their IP, so a normal IpBan is bad)

There is an extra page here on BukkitDev where such things are explained: Configuration Explanations

If you still have problems open a ticket please and attach your command.yml! Because the comments are not the best way to solve problems
