Well I'll work on the SQL to make it faster and work better, I have already some ideas.
One it's done, I'll remove the warning.
It's not a problem, just a slow down after some check done with noLagg
@ErikNymoen
server.log needed and a screen shot of your plugins directly + are you using bukkit ?

Posted Jan 14, 2013On your advice to play it safe i changed from mysql to yml, i had no problems with mysql before.
In every case, the next version of AdminCmd will disable the support for SQLite and return to YML, the conversion will be done automatically, no need to do anything. You can of course continue to use it with MySQL but it’s really unstable …

Renaming the folder didn't do anything. It just took as long as always.

I released a new version (and removed the 7.1.0).
You'll be able to keep SQLite. I also recheck the converter and it should avoid any further problem with conversion.
@Fi3t3
Very strange that even alone you have the problem ... I have to admit that I use the bukkit version 1.4.6 but well I didn't have your problem on the 1.4.5
I got the email, when I have time I'll work on that.
What you can try is renaming the plugin folder AdminCmd to AdminCmd.old and launch the server (like a clean install) and see if the problem is still happenning.

I recently did exactly this. Even if I had AdminCMD standalone it had this problem.
Edit: I just sended the plugins to you. See for yourself.
Edit 2: I think the major problem is HomeSpawnPlus, but there's nobody else having this issue on the HSP devbukkit/bukkit forums page.
Edit 3: Now I started it up with all the plugins on my new PC (SSD reading 530MB/s writing 130MB/s , 16GB 1600mhz RAM, i5 3,1GHz) -> 96.841s
On my laptop mostly twice the time.

Posted Jan 13, 2013@Fi3t3 Maxing out an i5 ... when only doing a couple of permission registration ... that really wierd, there must be one of your plugin that is interfering with that ...
On your new computer you can try to disable plugin by plugin ... or first : check how it is with only AdminCmd and PermissionEX alone.
Then begin to add plugin after plugin until the server go crazy.
@Sheeperia
raaah that conversion is still freaking annoying me ... I should have never added any SQL support and stay with YML...
What you can do is using a sqlite browser to open the admincmd.db file and manually recreate the YML file for the player. (The error should be explicit in the server.log saying which user couldn't be converted).
And if you can send me per email your admincmd.db (just send me a link to it using the contact form).
Like I said before, I don't own a server anymore then I only test in local ...

Posted Jan 13, 2013Drop everything in your hands D: The bugfix where you made yml the default datawrapper now forces the config to change to yml every time the server restarts, and it doesn't convert playerdata properly.. regular players are joining "for the first time" left and right here :/

I might need to test around and see which version it was. I am pretty sure this problem started to happen after the "swap" from 1.4.2 to 1.4.4/1.4.5. As you said, it takes a long time to register the commands: yes, indeed. It maxes out the processor as well.
Edit #1: I just tried it out on my new PC. It maxed out an i5 ... it makes no sense at all.
I'm going to send the plugin folder to you. It might take a while so be patient ^^

To compare you have first to activate the debug log and check in it if the time to register all the command doesn't take more than 10 sec (and that's already a lot).
For today I don't have really the time to work on the plugin, I'm in my exam period ^^

I can do a livestream if you want to, and you can tell me which settings to change and take a look on how it is on this end?
Did some testing. I got the startup time to 56 seconds when removing Multiverse-Core, latest dev version. Is there some collisions there?

No it's not. It's really when registering the command ... I think I'm going to add more debug message in the following dev version to see which part is taking that much of time
To give you an idea, here is how a debug log is supposed to be : http://pastie.org/5678272
In 2-3 Seconds, the plugin should have registered all the commands.

Can it be related to PermissionsBukkit? The loading freezes for about 2-3 minutes before it says "Successfully linked with PermissionsBukkit".

That a "normal" error when the data of the player are corrupted ...
For your startup time I still can't reproduce it ... it seems that there is a hug load done when AdminCmd is registering his command.
What you can do, is disabling all the command you don't need, in the commands.yml. That will be a first thing to.
Also updating to the last released version 7.1.0 (even if I think it won't change that much ...)
What was the version you were using before the 7.0 ?
Can you send me the list of all your plugins by email : http://www.admincmd.com/contact/
And if possible if you could upload all these plugins (all the plugins folder with there configuration) ...
I need to see which plugin is interfering in the load ... since even when I down clock my computer to 800Mhz ... it's not taking that much of time...
