Acute Loot

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

Overveiw

Acute Loot is a plugin that creates items with unique names and abilities. When enchanting an item, it is assigned a new name and rarity out of the following ten:

  1. Undistinguished
  2. Uncommon
  3. Superior
  4. Rare
  5. Fantastical
  6. Folkloric
  7. Legendary
  8. Impossible
  9. Mythical
  10. Divine

Higher tier items also have special abilities, such as emitting smoke when used, or shooting fireworks. All names are fully configurable. The default names provide for over 100 billion possible item combinations, making every item unique from all others. Some example names:

How to Use

Download the latest version, add both AcuteLoot.jar and the AcuteLoot folder into the plugins directory.

Now all enchanted swords and bows will be given and AcuteLoot name and rarity.

Commands

AcuteLoot items can also be made via commands

/loot - adds a random rarity and name to the held item

/newloot <rarity (0 - 9)> - creates a new item with the specified rarity.

There are currently no permissions.
