Actionbar
Actionbar
This plugin allows you to announce a message via the new Actionbar in the game,
which will appear above your health and armor bars.
One of the many useful aspects of the Actionbar, is that it disappears after a few seconds
(which can be adjusted in the config/command)
so it won't sit in the middle of your screen and annoy you.
You can also set custom join- and firstjoin-messages
(basically "Welcome to the Server"-Messages" which you can edit and animate as you like)
to enable the %money%, %prefix%, %group% and the %suffix% variable you have to install Vault and any Economy or Group plugin you want
Another feature of this plugin is the Actionbar-Announcer,
which allows you to time your Join-Messages and such, as you like!
For example: you can animate a, let's say, Welcome!-Message and
make it appear like every 5 minutes :)
PS.: The time units are in "ticks" - so 20 ticks equal 1 second

Installation
Requires Minecraft Version 1.8.x+
(also works with 1.8.x in the newer versions)
NEW!: also supports v1.11
- Download Actionbar.jar
- Put Actionbar.jar into your Plugins folder
- Run Minecraft and the Plugin should work perfectly!

i'm sorry, but i already said that this idea wouldn't work out cause every op wouldn't get any more messages... the /aba or /tba block command will work and you could give permissions for the command...
the second feature wouldn't work cause the configurable length of the messages is not my coding, it's implemented by spigot and it's built in titlebar :)

Posted Jun 16, 2015Feature Request Titlebar/Actionbar I wasn't sure if I already posted this. Have permissions to disable Actionbar Announcer as featured in Titlebar (actionbar.announcer.block).
Feature Request Actionbar I have noticed that the Actionbar Announcer length is not configurable, for me, the message disappears within seconds.

there has to be 1 subtitle for each title to work, i tried to remove all possible errors, but if you messed up the config than i can't change the errors o.O
i don't want to say that the config is wrong, but it could be the problem ^-^

Posted May 21, 2015Very good plugin. I use it to keep track of which server -- development or production -- that I'm on. Right now it's hardcoded in the configuration. If it's possible, please add variable %servername% and %serverid% or similar, gleaned from server.properties

Posted May 5, 2015Great plugin! One thing I would like to suggest is add variable to make the message stay for configure amount of time. So basically like this
Animated line with interval of 3 ticks
This is useful instead of keep copy and pasting if you have a short interval for animation Thanks for reading this
