quick 1.0.6 fix+:

- durability being set correctly if the config durability is higher than default 
- damage the buddy receives when wearing armor corrected enchanted or not
- added reload command permission..
- buddy now also targets fireball shooting hostiles (as test, ghasts get attacked with witherskulls if buddy reach level (configurable) 30)
- added to log, errors if they appear
