New Features:

• Added upgrade system for items. Simply craft an item that has levels and then click an enchanting table with a wand. Now you have an arcane upgrader. Don't worry though, you can still use it as a normal enchanting table but when you click the arcane enchanter with a custom item, you are able to upgrade it!
