Things like per world messaging and permissions based messaging are great ideas and entirely possible, but I'm going to have to work with the config a lot to get this working. I think I should just do permissions based and then have people use per world permissions to customizee messages like that.

In world nether is jack and he see: Be carefull bro But in a creative world is piet and he see: nice day to build.
But they both see: visit oure forums blablalal.com
