Permissions not taking effect until reload/world change. #21

    When I join my server, I'm left with zero permissions. I cannot teleport, create a faction, etc. The only permissions I have access to at the start are /yapp permissions.

    If I reload permissions or am teleported to a different world, everything works again. I can use all the commands I set. If I go back to the same world I spawned in, my permissions work.

    If you turn on debug mode, what shows up on the console when you log in?
