    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Build up a region with WorldGuard. Put g:Admin as a member so the group "Admin" is the only one who can edit, in theory...
    2.Noboby, even the group "Admin", can build here...
    3.YAPP hooking problem?

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I'm supposed to allow Admins to build, but instead nobody is allowed.

    What version of the product are you using?
    The latest 1.5.1 build.

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No error was shown, it seemed normal for WG.

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I tested it with both main groups and side groups.
