xVote Version 3

xVote was completely rewritten. New features, some tweaks, and more. Also I am open to any feedback you may have, so if you find a bug or have an idea, just let me know!

+Completely rewritten.

+Peek feature. Use /xVote Peek.

+Votes have names AND descriptions now. Use /xVote startvote <name> <description>. NOTE: names must be 1 word. Descriptions can be anything.

+All xVote commands are nested under "/xVote" now.
