This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.
Not sure if a "built in" permission system would be 100% possible however I'll look into it.
Claiming will be allowed and Clan owners will be allowed to set an area within their own land to a certain user in their clan or allies, setting "plots" might be possible, again I'm not 100% sure it'll be a feature added within the near future but I'll put it in the to do list.

Set commands for different clans. As in let's say I was in a clan called
The Orks, the admin could set it so that if someone is an Ork they
Can do certain commands from different plugins. Like a built in permissions.
And if possible a built in region buyer. As in let's say I was an Ork I could buy an
Ork plot and the hobbits could buy elf plots.

Cool plugin! I'd like to request the possibility of support for the Grief Prevention plugin. where "claimblocks" can be shared within clans, you can set how much is shared, and maybe allow a way to conquer land if you're consistently victorious in pvp with an opponent clan.
Heres the deal, This plugin will not be presented in German any time soon.
I am not German nor do I know German or wish to learn it, therefore I cannot translate & no German version will be available until I have a German translator in the team however our focus is on features at the moment and not translating.
Spout probably wont exactly last long after Minecraft Mod API & its update cycles are terrible at the moment.. So I'm not interested in holding back any future updates for Spout updates...

Can you please make it so that you can use an item for teleport instead of /c home
that would make it feel a lot more dynamic.
and can you intergrate Spout, so that we can get custom GUI´s that would be amazing, so that we can see the members of the guilds HP on the screen

This project is not open source so, No I won't be giving you the source, there will be a German version soon however until then It is only English.
If you want a Clans/Factions plugin in German I think simpleclans or Factions is in German, I'm not sure..
