What is the issue?
Scenario ...
Players mining with silk-touch pickaxe .
Collecting let's say 100 diamond ores in a couple of days and store them for later use/brake.
Then they decide to place all of them on the ground and brake with fortune pickaxes to get more.
I think they will break an impressive amount of diamond ores in a couple of minutes .
How we can avoid this to happen ?
If I will deny place of ores I will cripple the game.

Please provide any additional information below.
