(Sorry about the size increase, guys! The bulk of it is the modifying config command handling. D: I'll try to refactor my code in coming versions to decrease the size.)
(If you have problems with the config handling, please let me know! I've tested it thoroughly, but I may have missed things.)

• Modification of config files via command has been added. (Default comments are restored each time a config is modified by command.)
  
• /xray alias has been added
  
• Metrics have been added. (Opt-out in config file at /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml)

• Fixed Null Pointer when disabling worlds in LogBlock, likewise with HawkEye. (Will now ignore worlds in which HawkEye or LogBlock are disabled.)
