• Added option to set a customizable delay before teleporting. (can be disabled in config)
• Added commands '/fhub' and '/fspawn': bypass the set teleporting delay!
• Spawn randomly generated OR custom firework rockets after teleporting! (can be disabled in config)
• Squashed minor bugs.

Known bugs/errors:

• When using the plugin (this happens mostly on 1.9.4 or older versions) for the first time, the plugin might not work when started up for the first time. Reload or restart your server once, and the plugin should be working properly now.
