added a new context to the worldpoints command it can now be used as usual to open the gui with /worldpoints (or aliases) and to direct warp using /worldpoints <point name> (or aliases) the point names will be tab completable to avoid issues with not remembering the point names

sound and message now play to whole server when new point is added to the list

new sounds upon successful teleportation

duplicate point name prevention is now working
